Shopping alone or with someone else?

Do you like to shop alone or with a companion? Most of the time, I prefer to shop alone, because I can go anywhere I like without thinking of whether my companion is hungry, thirsty , tired, or just wants to go home. I'm a picky shopper, so I'm much comfortable shopping all by myself. How about you, what do you prefer?

if i have something in mind and i know where to buy it already, i prefer to be with someone but if i'm still scouting or looking for something that i'd like to buy, i prefer shopping alone. i don't want to be hurried and i worst, i don't want to hear comments about the things i'd buy.

When I'm in the mood for some serious shopping, I prefer to go solo. I would like to take my time looking through the racks without being concerned about someone else. It's the same when I do the grocery. On the other hand, when I'm in the mood to be with friends, relatives, or my husband, I don't mind the company at all. But this is usually when I prefer to just browse without any intention to purchase anything.

I like shopping alone for the same reason as you have. when I am by myself, its a bt tiring to carry shopping bags but i can go about exploring every stall available and not worry if my companion is hungry or tired.

When I have something concrete to buy, I love shopping alone...it gives me the freedom to take my time, to go wherever I want and to buy anyting I want. Sometimes, a shopping partner bogsme down, especially if he or she moves to slow, has a shopping agenda of his/her own, or makes too many unsollicited comments about my prospective purchases. But I do enjoy browsing/strolling in the mall with someone if I am not looking for anything in particular.

given a small amount of time to shop, I'd prefer to be alone when I shop so I could have control over my pace, whether I need to be fast in decisions when it comes to buying/choices, or to linger some more. But when it comes to clothes, my husband usually chooses for me

I like shopping alone most of the time, since I do not have to think of slowing somebody down. But if I'm picking out a new dress, sometimes I'd like my husband or my friend to be with me so that they can judge what looks good on me.

Alot of the time I car pool with my friend to the shops (we live 45 min's away from town). But honestly I prefer to go alone. She not only takes forever going from shop to shop but dordles from isle to isle and back again. Personally I love to go to the shop and litterally fly down the isle's fling the stuff I need into the trolley and head back home. The shorter amount of time Im there the better for the wallet and it also means the quicker I can get home to make dinner.

If I'll shop for clothes, I prefer to tag my partner along so I can have a second opinion if what I'm buying looks good. But if I'm buying an appliance, I prefer to go along so that I could search for the best price.
