How would you react if ex-hubby teaches your kids to call her new partner "MOM"

A friend of mine is separated and has 2 kids. One is 7 and the younger is 4. Her hubby has a new partner now. And its okay with my friend. One day, her hubby and the new partner came to our place, and when they saw the two kids, the guy teaches the two kids to call his partner a MOMMY. So when the two kids came home to their real mother, they have nothing to speak about, but the one they called mommy, (their dad's new partner). Of course, my friend got angry with her ex because of that. She is hurt, really. And I sympathize with her. Because nobody can replace her as a "mother " "mommy" to her two kids. This will also set a confusion among the two kids. So, I advice her to tell the kids, and explain to them that she is their one and only mommy! If you're on her shoes, what would you do?

Wow, this would be very upsetting to me as well. I think she should have a talk with her ex husband and tell him she doesn't approve of this type of behaviour. It's unfair of him to teach his children this. My husband and I have separated and there's no way I would ever teach my children to call my new boyfriend Daddy. My children only have one father (my ex) and they know that nobody will ever replace that role in their lives.
