what is star rating?? how i can see my star rating??

i have heard lot about this star rating, but what is that actually i dont know, pls can anyone explain me..

quality of posts and other people's rating to ur posts decides ur ratings, so try to post good replies and u too should rate +,- to ur discussions' replies. it helps to increase ur rating. all the best.

That green star next to your name is your star rating. You're currently rated at a 5, the halfway point. The rating scale is from 1 to 10, depending on how people have rated your past discussions and replies. Your rate determines your scale of pay ... lower ratings have a lower earning potential.

Your star rating is the number inside of the star that appears by your name when you post a discussion or response. You get your star rating based on how people rate your discussions. You are supposed to give a plus rating for people who stay on topic and a negative rating for one or two word answers or answers that have nothing to do with the topic. So if you stay on topic, your star rating should be fairly high. However, there are many people that will give you a negative star rating just because they don't agree with your opinion, so don't take the star rating too seriously.
