All you need for this is: eggs, beat in a bowl flour in a plate crushed corn flakes in a plate hot spice from a jar Take your drum sticks, roll in flour, dip in egg, roll in conflakes, season with spice and put it on a cookie sheet. Put it into a pre heated oven 350* and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes.

I wonder if you could used crushed potatoe chips for this? I do not buy corn flakes but always have chips.

I tried a receipe like this about a year ago and had forgot all about it. The difference was we didn't use hot spice because my husband doesn't really like hot sauce and it can cause my Roceace to flair up big time. I am going to use this receipe minus the hot spice. Do you have any other suggestions what other spices might be nice.

I use creole. But, you can use just salt and pepper. I just posted an even better one. It's fantastic with white or dark chicken. Everyone loves it, and it is so very easy to make. Check it out..not spicy.

Margie, THANK YOU! I'm glad this is an easy one! I bought the chicken legs because they were cheap on sale, and you know I'm on a budget. Then I get them home and think: now what do I do with them! I'll e-mail you and let you know how they turned out, but even I can't screw this one up!
