get angry at the other man/woman or would you only deal with the spouse. I would only deal with my spouse as it is he/she who cheated on me, not the other person with whom I have not made a legal commitment.

I think dealing with the spouse is the right way to do it but a lot of people (women in particular) go after the other person. The fact that they can't confront their significant other probably goes to the core of the cheating problem.
