Prisoners food in jail

When you ever think of kind of food prisoners are eating in the prison.It is failing to provide inmates enough nutrients.Behaviour of prisoners depends lot on food they eat.If we start giving good food to them,their desructive nature can be prevented.It is one of main cause of friction in the prison.Our prison feeding is a slow process of starvation in which women prisoneres sufferes a lot.Our government has a important part to play in this.They have to make a proper menu for the prisoners.Afterall they are not animals,they are huiman beings.

yar what is to be think for such issues....even govt is not aware whom shud be in prison and whom shud not...a good person always caugth to prison and many famous thieves and wrong persons are wandering here and there without fear....I just want to say everything is corrupted..not only food....
All corruption shud be removed....

I totally agree. Our servants husband has been imprisoned for almost 2 years now and when she visited her husband in prison she could not take the food that is being given, he really pity her husband but they could not do anything. I think prisons may they be criminals have the right for proper nutrition as well. But I think Philippine government have no funds for that.

in my country the food for the prison is depending of the class,for the high class the food for prisoner is better,also the facility is different they have television to watch,suitable room as like in their house it self,the different is only living alone,but for the low class the food is only preventing for the starved,the room is gather for at least four prison there,that is the situation happen in jail in my country

Hi sreeni, prisoners do get good and nutricious food if the warden or cook is bribed. Believe me just for 10 bucks they give a vessel full of mutton curry. Prisioners who cant afford money has to eat whatever is served to them.
