Funny Pizza Topping

Last night I went out for dinner with my best friend and her husband for dinner to celebrate my re-birthday. We went to a seafood restaurant where I ordered the lobster pizza. My friends had surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a card so I opened the card while my pizza was cooling and remarked on the couple of little red foil type hearts that I thought were stuck to the card. I was kind of surprised by the strange look on my friend's face then she said there are more than one or two and they're not stuck to the card they're all over your pizza! Sure enough there were little red shiny hearts all over the pizza. After a good laugh and picking as many of them off the pizza as I could we had a great dinner and lots of fun. I just had to share this unusual pizza topping with you.

really? thats yum.. i love pizza and my very favorite toppings here is called garden fresh. it has pepper, celery, cheese, mushrooms and pineapple. its real good. when i am to try a new toppings, i like to experiment on shrimps. or any seafoods ont op of it. with lots of cheese.

Awe, I hope your birthday and re-birthday were special. I know you can't put it all in a post but Im sure you had a great day. The pizza toppings were cute. Well Happy Belated Birthday..good to hear that you enjoyed yourself. If you want to hear of something really funny on your pizza, picture a pizza with macaroni and cheese on it. I have a recipe here (from a magazine that I bought) where you put mac n cheese ontop of a sauced pizza and then sprinkle the cheese and other toppings ontop before putting into the oven. I thought it sounded a bit strange but being such a big fan of both mac n cheese and pizza, I think I might try it out sometime.

Once I remember having a pizza in Italy and it had squid on it! I thought that was pretty unusual.

I again want to wish you a happy re-birth day and it sounds like you had a blast! I hope you were able to get all of the hearts off the pizza.
And speaking of Pizza,lobster pizza sounds expensive !!I never thought about using lobster or crab as a topping,but I guess it does make sense.I will not be trying it any time soon(as I type this,our pizza just arrived and mine is basically a cheeseburger pizza).

LOL... that sure is a pizza for a valentine celebration... Nice seafood pizza. DO you have other weird varities of pizzas there? Here int he Philippines, he have sisig pizza. Its a chopped pork with a lot of spices. I haven't tried it though.

I wonder if I could have a crab pizza. That would be tasty too. Or maybe a pizza with chocolate kisses on it.
