I have been looking into frugal tips all over that place and I found this one. I have condensed it down so this is just the basic idea of it. Sometimes part of cutting your food bill is cutting down on how much you eat. Our brains might tell us we are hungary wen we really arent. We might just be thirsty. If we train our selves to stay well hydrated then food can stay in the cupboard and off our waist lines. I am going to drink more water and try to drink at least a full glass before I sit to eat a meal. Has anyone tried this tip before? How did it work?

I am trying to drink more water but i can't without putting something in it, so i just found gingerbeer cordial which is delicious so i am drinking more water now, another tip I picked up in here is to always have a hot cup of tea straight after a meal, it flushes the fats through where a cold drink solidifies the fats, sounds logical....

I have never even heard of that. I do use raspberry tea at times so that the water is changed up a bit. Mmm I might need some right now.
