I can't win!

I had won $970 playing at an online casino last month. I thought, "This is great now I can do something great for my fiancee's 50th birthday" I have sent the personal identification documents to their fax number now 3 times, and I have yet to receive my winnings from Grand Prive. Each time that I call them they tell me I have not sent in my documents. What do I do? Has anyone else ever had this type of problem?

i think they cheated you, you've got spammed or scammed.
is there money involved?
did you pay a certain amount to be able to play casino online?
in that case,if they did not pay you. it is a scam site..
so next time be careful dear...

this is totally clear that you had been spammed... if they were authentic then they must sent out you with your winning money... but just wait for a while and see what will happen next... if you get your money then do inform us... GOOD LucK.

Well I just got the documents scanned onto a disk and emailed them in so we shall see what happens now.
