You can try this: Fold fingers of both your hands inwards (less thumb). Move your right hand nails upwards and left hand nails downwards and vice versa,in quick succession, causing friction against one another. Practice this for five minutes in the morning and five minutes in the evening, regularly for three months. If you do this as a routine, I am sure you will notice improvement. If you are satisfied, continue it as long as you wish. Remember that the falling of hair continues for a long time and as such growing of hair will also take a reasonable period of time. We should not expect any results overnight.
