How many hours do you sleep every night?

How long do you sleep?Is it enough for you?when you usually go to bed and when you wake up?i am a night person,i am going to sleep in the morning,like a vampire:)and i love to sleep,8 hours at least..but now i am tring to change my life style:)

I usually sleep as long as my kids will allow me to, usually only 6 or 7 hours at most (they hate mommy) its not really enough for me since Im pregnant right now, but sometimes you just have to learn to deal & move on. I usually don't get to bed until pretty late myself, I fight with my kids to get them to sllep till almost midnight, then by the time I take a shower & get some "me time" its about 1 or 2 in the morning, then about the time I finally get to sleep my daughter wants a bottle

I can say that having three kids, I never seem toget enough sleep as I am still doing chores when they are asleep. On the weekends though I like to sleep in till about 9am.

i am sleeping 8 to 10 hours in the night i feel that much is enough for me but in future will try to sleep 5 to 6 hours because that is the accurate amount of time for sleepingso i will change that .......

I sleep four or five hours at night. If I'm tired I'll take another couples hours during the afternoon. But overall I don't sleep much. I'm kinda an insomniac..but I'm running better on this sleep schedule of mine, so I think I;ll try to stick to it, best I can. I love the night as well, which is why I'll got to bed at ten to get up around two or three in the morning..it's just the bed time of the entire day in my opinion. The feeling is different..it's often time that produces the best work, art, and writing from me.

Sleeping in the night ? Thats not me. I sleep 4 AM to 11 AM thats 7 hours every day.

i love to sleep atleast 8 hours. but from 2 months am not able to do so. i sleep for 4-6 hours. initially i use to doze in daytime. now am ok with it.

4-6 thats not much..how do you relax in such a short time!!today i was sleeping only 4-5 hours and i feel so bad..

Never enough! About that I am sure. I am goign to bed too late and wake up too early. I'd like to sleep more but I am too busy and so I am always tired. I think this is quite normal in the stressing life of today.

I can't do without six hours sound sleep and i think to remain fresh and throbing this is must.i go to bed around 11.30 and set the alarm at 6 a.m. yes going to bed so late regularly might result in sleeping disorder,so you have rightly decided to change.

I usually go to bed around 10:00 and sleep till 6:00 so Im getting plenty of sleep. Its very important to get your sleep at night. Sweet dreams.

I need lots of sleep, but with two kids I usually don't get as much as I would like. I usually go to bed around 10 p.m. and wake up around 6:30 a.m. I would love to be able to sleep until 7:30 or 8.

It really depends. Sometimes I barely sleep at all and get about 2-3 hours of sleep a night. Sometimes I manage to get more sleep, which is around 5 hours a night. Other nights I sleep about 10 hours or more. That's usually the weekends when I can sleep in and get a nice amount of sleep, or when I'm really tired and not feeling the best.

Hi Angelinka, so you are trying to change your life style.... Won't you be a vampire anymore? Will you stop sucking blood? :-) Well, when I was young I used to go to bed very early, but after my son was born, I was forced to change my "life style" because he couldn't sleep for 18 months and now I can't go to bed at 11,00 p.m. like when I was young, I go to bed at 1,30/2,00 a.m. every night and I wake up at 7,00 a.m. to go to work.

I will slepp abotu 3-4 hr every day soem days less some days more adn abotu once a month will pic a day in which i will sleep a full 12 hrs

I usually sleep for around 6-7 hours in the night.I think it is enough but would love to get that extra 1-2 hours of sleep.You see while sleeping every part of your body gets relaxation which is so important.

Well I ainly Sleep upto 7 to 8 hours and I am satisfied with it, Some times I even Get 6 hrs, But usually When My examinations are at hand.

I usually sleep between 6 and 8 hours. I go to bed between 11:00pm and 1:00am, though I don' t sleep right away. sometimes, I read a bit, some other times I listen to some talk shows on the radio before falling asleep.

Usually I sleep for 6-7 hours, i go to sleep at 1-2 am, and then i have to wake up at around 7:30 am, but it is strange , sometimes i feel fresh even when i sleep at 3 am and wake up at 730, but sometimes i try to sleep earlier but i still exhausted the next day. But since i joined mylot, i have been slept for less hours.

I sleep about 5 to 6 hours a day, usually go to bed about 1am and wake up between 6 to 7am, depending whether I need to attend any meeting in the morning. During weekend, I will have nap in the afternoon for 1 to 2 hours depending on my appoinments.

i usually sleep a matter of around 5 hours. of course it is not very much enough for me. workimg conditions at home gives me that kind of sleep pattern. at my age i feel i need about 6-7 hours to sleep to be feeling great. i love to sleep also! usually i go to bed at 11pm. i wake up at 4am to prepare the kitchen for breakfast. at noon specially after lunch i do nap to complete my sleep requirement. thanks!
