The Cook's Thesaurus is a cooking encyclopedia that covers thousands of ingredients and kitchen tools. Its certainly a great site, Ive used both this and this wikipedia site tonight to help people with food conversions (ie AU to US) http://en.wikipedia.org/ I highly reccommend these two sites to anyone looking for food explanations or conversions or substitues etc....
