Since you are on the east coast and I am on the west coast, I have no idea what stores are in your area. Software, etc., EB Games, Game Stop. Alot of video game stores have used games with a guarantee. Also, may I suggest Halo? If you don't already have it, it is an awesome game. Every X-box owner should own Halo. I didn't like #2, but to each her own. I'm hoping #3 will be better.

If you're in the Philippines, particularly in Manila, you can go to Greenhills in San Juan. That place has a wide variety of xbox and PS2 games.

We have X-Box and purchase most games from Game Stop, they sell used games and garuntee them for 30 days. Thay also have a discount card that gives you 10% off your purchase that is well worth getting. With prices of these games averaging around $50 new you can save a whole lot of money shopping here.
