Tell me some ways to overcome being nervous about doing presentation?

I has to give a presentation once in front of the Area Director, VP of the company I worked for and about 10 of my peers. It was nerve racking. All I can tell you is relax, and be prepared. Know your material and most of all be confident! Good luck to you, I have a feeling when it's all done with you'll wonder what you were so worried about.
