How do you handle LONG DISTANCE LOVE AFFAIR???

I grew up hating long distance love affair. I always thought it wouldn't work. Coz how can you take care of the relationship when you are far away from each other. But when you are in the situation, they said its different. It always depend on how you value each other (according to many...). Is this true? Can you give me your personal opinion?

well I guess its having the right mind and the right kind of attitude. Fisrt there should be trust, how can one endure such a relationship without having trust, its a basic, not just to a long distance but in any kind of relationship. Another thing is communication, its very important, there are losts of ways to communicate, there are emails, phone calls, chats and the like. We all do just to keep the flame of love always burning.
