boss problems

Well I guess most of us working have somehow that same feeling that we don't like our bosses. Even if you quit your job and transfer to another one, same but different situation may arise from that job. I usually was like that when I was young and energetic and too much full of idealism in life. I quit when I do not see work for me but I realized that in every new company I am hired the same situation happens just different faces and situation. What I would do is to love your job and do what is required of your job and one of these days it might go in your favor. I would advice that you leave your job if you are not happy withthe job itself and you feel you are not welcomed in that company. But I see that you enjoy your stay in there and is happy about your job. Don't let one man stop you from doing what you want. Bosses are not perfect anyway.
