Some say revenge is the way. Seriously, get a boy toy or another girl you fancy? I don't think so, really. Acceptance is the key. Just accept that you were never really meant for each other and move on. Reflect on your mistakes, learn from them and pamper yourself. What other ways can you think of to recover from a breakup?

Chocolate! It helps your mood so much. Then, after you've eaten chocolate, think about it for a while. Yeah, you're gonna cry, and it's gonna feel like your heart is breaking. But always look ahead. If s/he broke up with you because they had a problem with you that you can change, and that you think needs to be changed, then change it. Other than that, don't look back. There's someone else out there, and ultimately the one you will spend the rest of your life with. You'll find that special someone, and, when you do, the two of you will be terribly happy together. Just give it some time, and don't give up.

For me, I think accepting the truth that sometimes good things never last but life does not end there would be the first step. Try to think that something in your life has been taken away so that someone better can come. Indulge your self on things you want like eating, being with your friends. Let go, love your self and love again.

You are right. One has to accept that the relationship has not worked out and probably one coping from a breakup should keep him/herself busy so that he/she would be able to keep his/her mind away from the pain.

hi vbcoder! are you trying to recover from a break up? well, i do agree with you in acceptance as the first part -letting her go out of your life and accept the fact that everything happens for a reason, God has better plans for you and you deserve someone better. Take everything as a lesson in life. Make yourself busy. Give time to yourself, your friends and your family.Focus on your career- you might be promoted who knows.Gradually, you will be recovering because time will heal all wounds as they say.

For me, acceptance is also the key. If you can accept that you are not meant to be forever and you have ended your relationship then you can grow. And it will be easy for you to recover from that break up. But for me one advice is to pray for God's help. I think it is also best thing to do is pray.

try to make yourself busy , then at the same time see any new victim or not, who knows this one is even better than the previous one. God has planned the best for every one of us, don't ever give up. Go for your happiness. Go Go, boy!

The answer is simple: we all know that one of the best ways to recover from a breakup is to meet new people. Well, after a breakup, men have a more difficult time meeting new women than women have meeting men. below are my guidelines to recover 1. Stop feeling sorry for yourself 2. Destroy the past 3. Repair the ego 4. The sweetest revenge - hehehe cant help it. best answer naman!
