If you email MYLOT will they answer or do they

I did send them an email once, about a problem with logging into my account-- and I got a response, a few days later. However, reponses come from myLot's parent company Wasinger Tech. I imagine they only respond to issues that are specific to YOU, not sitewide issues-- those are probably just corrected, if they need to be.

yes normally when i contact mylot they will respond back.Give them some time they will get back to you.They have even started discussions here

I had send them private messages many times since I joined and yes they did replied me with the answers I expected. Maybe yo need to wait for a little bit longer or if you have some urgent issues I will suggest that you send them a mail again. Anyway I think you might need to go through the guidelines or FAQ sections before you contact mylot staffs or maybe you can posts your problems for discussions in which maybe you can get some good answers from users here.

In my experience , all e-mails / messages sent to Mylot are read but only the necessary are answered back . but they will give the required attention to each & every message / mail ...
