Herb dressing

In a mixing bowl combine 1 cup of mayonnaise or salad dressing, 2 tbs. finely chopped onion, 1 tbs. lemon juice, 1 tbs. dry sherry, 2 clove garlic minced, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 tsp. dried mixed salad herbs curshed. Make 1 1/4 cups of dressing.

I actually made this the other day but did not have a chance to reply. It is just super! I thought it would be more pungnet what with the raw garlic, but the flavors blended so well. It was even better the next day.

Wow, just wrote down a couple of dressing recipes this morning and now you have this one. This is one I will use to include with herbs that I will sell at farmers market and flea markets. Thank you so much for sharing it here at Mylot.

That sounds like a good, easy dressing to mix up. When I do homemade dressings, I usually just do oil and vinegar-- maybe mix in some spices.
