where do you think Anna Nicole Smith should be buried?

I think the judge has made the right descision but it's crazy that that instead of calmly deciding and announcing this, he was breaking down in court as if he was a close freind of hers or her family.

I think that she should be buried where she wanted to be buried and that's next to her son. I think that this was already known by everyone and so there should be no dispute or question about it...the whole thing is just stupid! Bury her next to her son!

I do agree she should be in the bahamas. She buried her son there and I think she is pretty much screaming it out clearly to everyone where she wants her body to be.. they all know it they just want to have something to fight about and a way to get their faces on the tv screen.. I do not think her mom should be granted anything. everyone seen how she felt about her mom so they should just squash that idea right there.. Im just waiting to see how long until they come out with the Anna Nicole movie...

I think that both Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel should be buried in Texas near her relatives. She has brothers, uncles, aunts and other relatives who should be able to visit her grave without taking a plane trip to the Bahamas. Just my opinion. Lloyd

I agree, that seems like the right thing to do. She bought herself a plot there, so it's really a no brainer. All this fighting over her burial is very sad.

I do think she should be buried by her son. I didn't ever think her mom should have tried to dispute that. I think the only reason why her mom is going through all this is for the publicity. Eventually all that is involved will be paid for the different roles that have played through this screwed up ordeal. Money is the root to ALL evil. Anna is gonna RIP with her son now and that is all that matters.

Yup I agree. I don't understand why the mom has to appeal and drag this out longer. She said she wanted Anna buried as soon as possible. If they keep waiting, she won't be viewable anymore. She should just have her buried then appeal. If they have to dig up the body and move it fine. Let friends and family at least see her one more time in a viewable state.

I think she should be burried by her son. She burried him there, that tells anybody with even half a brain that's where she wants to be too. She never got along with her mother, everybody knows that, Anna told everybody who would listen. I think the mother is just after her 15 minutes of fame & any money that baby could get. Who raised Anna? Anna. she moved out at 15 & didn't want anything to do with her mother.

I think she should be buried near her son. I think her mom is being a real you know what about it. Considering how quickly she left her home town, I really don't think she would want to go back there for eternity. I think her mom just wants more than 15 minutes in the spotlight. :P
