Try Smokepoint near Dapitan, it's a sure treat! I also recommend Dampa near SM Mall of Asia and the one in Paranaque. It's really cool because you get to buy the ingredients of the the food you like to eat.

For more than 12 years I was a satisfied customer of this restaurant. This is a floating restaurant in the back of luneta grandstand it was called HARBOR VIEW. Lots of celebrities and politician come to this place specially during valentines day it was full house. The foods are superb. The fish are fresh from the aquarium and good menus on the house and what I love most is the view of the perfect sunset on the afternoon and the gentle breeze of wind.

Makati Shangri-la's Circles Event Cafe... my boyfriend and i ate there last Feb.11 dinner for our early Valentines... the food is great and offers a wide variety of selections plus the ambience is also good... rate is around P1080++ per head...

well if you want seafood,you could visit out DAMPA in paranque. all of types of seafoods are there and it's very cheap.the food is great,very accomodating and has a cozy ambiance.the seafoods are fresh and the place is accesible for every one to come..check it out dudes,you won't have regret..

My vote is Little Asia in Greenhills Promenade (Manila). Just recently, we went there to celebrate my friends birthday. Their prices were fair and the servings described in the menu were very precise. All the attendants were very accomodating. They also promote a peaceful ambiance. =)
