Which do you prefer in singing...to sing for the World or to sing for the Lord?

Many of us loves to sing, but the question is "Are you singing songs for the world or for the Lord?

i am singing songs for the Lord for I know He is worthy of praise and thanksgiving.Its also a way of worshipping Him.

Thanks for your respond. You are right, singing songs to our Lord is one way that we're giving back all our praises and thanksgiving to Him through our songs of worship.

both..when I sing, I sing with the guidance of the Lord and His inspiration for the world and for Him as well. Actually when you sing for others, it's like you are singing for Him as well since He created us to enlighten one another

Thanks for your respond. It's better when we dedicate songs to God, it should be only for Him, singing to others is a different thing coz God almighty is not like just a regular person like us.

In my openion .......... both mean the same......
since god created the earth....... and god created us...... it dosent really matter weather we sing to the world ..... or to ourselves.... so just for someone else...............finally it reaches the almighty
