Sometimes my husband and I are really not in the mood for cooking, so we just drive to a snack bar close to our place (family owned so there is always a chance for a good discount LOL) A lot of people order pizzas, or other food to be delivered. Here it is very expensive to do so and the quality is really not good, so better jump in the car and pick up something although it is always another fight because both my husband and I are tired and thus non of us want to drive there LOL What do you do when you don't want to cook anything at night?

Prepare yourself a lot of instant noodle or those instant cup noodle, just add boiling water and it's done. If none of you guys want to boil water, just pop that into the microwave. I get some sealed boxes of grilled chicken, and they are always stock up in my freeze. All you need to do is just microwave, so handy.

My husband is not really fond of those noddles, so I guess he would pass on that. But the grilled chicken thing for the freezer is a great idea actually. I should maybe consider having some easy microwave food for those days, that would also save us some money LOL thanks for sharing your experience

If I don't feel like cooking, my husband will go out and pick us up something to eat usually. sometimes we go out and eat together. It all depends if it is a work night or not. Sometimes he will pick something up on his way home from work. I have cooked something we have both wanted before and by the time we got ready to eat, we didn't want it LOL, so he will go get us something from a fast food place.

We usually order chinese/indian/pizza, depending on what we're in the humour for. Our local takeaways are fairly reasonable in prices and the food is lovely. When we have a babysitter, we usually go out for a meal some were in town.
