I love Dangerous Liaisons.I saw it the first time just because it was up for an Oscar. I saw it the day before the Oscars that year.It was great. Fine acting by the whole cast.Great plot. And it is timeless. It was my second time seeing John Malkovich. He is deliciously naughty in this. Glen Close is such a great choice for this. I got to stop. I've got to find my copy and see it.

I loved Dangerous Liasons and thought that John Malkovich was brilliant. I enjoyed all the plotting and scheming. The whole film is tragic and when he lets him self be killed at the end was so touching. Glen Close is a fabulous actor and I loved her in Fatal Attraction with Michael Douglas.

I remember Glen comparing the two roles. She thought that her Dangerous Liaisons' role was the great-great grand mother of her Fatal Attraction role.

I love this movie.Glen Close was amazing in her role as Isabelle de Merteuil, she was conniving and ruthless.John Malkovich did give a fin performance as Sébastien de Valmont, one of his best role.I agree this is a timeless piece, with great cast, superb acting a good production.

I love that movie. It's beautifully done. The actors are perfect in their roles. Uma Thurman was so very beautiful in her role. John Malkovich was the creepiest/sexiest man ever. Glenn Close was deliciously evil. Michelle Pfeiffer was gorgeous. Keanu Reeves didn't entirely sound like a surfer dude. The costumes were beautiful. The production was just fabulous. I love love love the movie.

Dangerous Liaisons is one of my favorite movies and John Malkovich is one of my favorite actors. This movie was so deliciously wicked and Glenn Close played the villainess so well. The story of how purity and innocence finally wins over cynicism and jadedness as Malkovich's character falls for Michelle Pfeiffer's character was riveting. If you enjoyed Dangerous Liaisons, I highly recommend its modern spin-off Cruel Intentions starring Ryan Philippe, Reese Witherspoon and Sarah Michelle Gellar. Ryan Philippe's character, as a younger Valmont version,is as seductive and as charming as Malkovich's. Sarah Michelle Gellar played the villainess here with such relish it was almost a pity when she got her comeuppance. Dangerous Liaisons and Cruel Intentions are my two favorite movies when it comes to a story full of seduction, intrigue and redemption.

It's one of my favorite films. The cast is wonderful, except for Keanu Reeves, who sticks out like a sore thumb. And I think it's one of Glen Close's best roles. I had a VHS tape of it for years, but finally got the DVD and was disappointed that there weren't any extras.

No documentary? No bloopers? Wow. Well at least you have it on DVD so you can see it in letterbox.

I really liked it the first time I saw it, then afterwards I wondered if it perhaps wasn't very good. So I watched it again and this time I loved it, the ending is so beautiful and sad. Excellent movie.

I love the very last scene. Spoiler Alert. If anyone who hasn't seen this film, stop reading this post. Okay, I love when Glen enters the opera house. And the very last close-up. It is so powerful.
