What do you do when someone says that they never recieved their item but you sent it? Would you think it really got lost in the mail? How do you find out if it's for real or they just want it for free and want thier monet back?

Everything I have ever sold over eBay has got to the buyer safely. I send everything by recorded delivery, I can check if that item has been received, with checking online, by entering the code number. The reason I do this, is I know there are a certain amount of dishonest people who will try to scam something from you for free, I also don't have a lot of faith in the postal system here in the UK. This helps to safe guard me, should it go missing or supposedly not turned up. I have purchased before from eBay, without the item turning up, I sent a polite email to the seller, I advised them that I will wait a few more days then email them either way after that time. I was given a full refund in the end as it never arrived.

This is why when you sell something you should have the option to pay a little extra to have it insured this way if they don't recieve it you will have proof . Without this it would be pretty hard to tell if the person was telling the turth or not so you would have to go on your judgement . I don't believe there is any way you could tell for sure if they were telling you the truth or not .

Well same thing I experience when I had sent herbalif kit to the persons who had asked for , I changed my courier services as he was not able to show me the wayward bill which they receive on delivery. After changing the couriers I never ever again faced this situation.

Send everything delivery confirm.. this way you have proof that the person really did get it- No more people saying that they didn't receive it. I never had any problems when I was selling on e-bay with people saying they didn't receive. I did however not receive 1 thing as a buyer.. The person was rude at first but then believed me- I said I dodn't want my money back- it was something cheap.. but I was mad that they were rude. I gave them a negative rating- A coupld weeks later the package was delivered back to them-- So they e-mailed me and said sorry-- they then sent it again. I'd almost give the money back now if someone is saying they didn't receive it-- be sure to use delivery confirm-- it costs a bit more but add the cost in your shipping fee. Good luck!
