I have a friend, He is a little weird to me. he told me he had a plan for each day, he would only finish two tasks. after these two tasks, he would do what ever he likes. Do you have a plan or target for each day?

I definately have a plan for each day, but a lot of the time I don't achieve everything. For example, I'll probably lay down for bed and think about all the things I have to do for tomorrow, but only finish like 2 things on my list. Oh well...

The same as me.I like lying in bed and think what I will do tomorrow, every time when i was lying on bed, I have so many targets, i should do this , I must do that.but when the page of calendar is turned to another day,I feel so tired.I would say to myself, I would do this ; I could do that. I have thousands of excuses. that is me....lol..

I too have a target for a day. The planning starts once I get out of bed. If the list is large and needs to be done that day itself then I jot them down and get going. I tend to achieve the targets set usually.

I usually make a list for the week of things I want to accomplish, but that doesn't mean at the end of the week, they are all done. I guess if they stay on the list for awhile, it means they probably won't get done. I don't think that lists actually are that helpful in making me do the things I should. I just like to make them.

I do try to have some sort of plan. I don't call it a plan, but it is basically the same thing. I make a list of things I want to accomplish each day. I even put simple things on the list, like get dressed, go potty, brush teeth, you know things that we just take for granted. I like to cross off each thing as I have accomplished it and putting the simple things on the list help me to stay postive because I can look at the list and see that I am getting things accomplished. I usually put a mark next to the things that are time sensitive and need to get done that day, so I can make sure they get accomplished, but once htose are accomplished I am free to complete the others or do as I see fit, but either way I feel good for accomplishing what I had to accomplish. It helps me stay positive which helps me to keep going. It's a simple as that.

Yeah, I can imagine what kind of feeling of achievement you have after you cross out the task you have finished. stay positively. good. ^-^.
