if you are a ceo and your mom is a cleaner, does it gives you a right to look down on her just because you are at the top of the corporate ladder?

Never. Grading someone low just becasue of his or her work is against law of humanity. Every work should be respected, every work has its own dignity and involves hardwork. Infact low grade work involves very high degree of hardwork and so they should be appriceiated even more. As you said in discussion that if mom is cleaner, then it will be sin to look at her as low level worker, because mothers go to lowest level to bring up their children and if they do so, they should be notonly appriciated but worshipped.

Unfortunately there are still lots of people who judge people by their station in life, and treat them accordingly. This is not right, nor fair, yet you see this kind of behavior more times than not. A ceo looking down at his Mom because she's in the service industry is behaving poorly. One of the best ceo's I ever met treated everybody equally, from his associates to waiters and the cleaning personnel...everybody was treated as equals. This man was loved and respected by all. Surely his parents brought him up right: that all people should be treated with respect.

Inside the office you are the boss but you dont have the right to look down on your mother. It is a big disgrace on your part if you do that.
