well a lot of factors , first is the corruption within the board , second they dont give chances to good players , third they make the team members fight among themselves etc .

You Find it correct answer till now..It's only the board which is responsible for that thing..I guesss, there will be any other factor responsible for that cause....

I think indian team is a good team but it requires a little bit aggressiveness, they should keep in mind that they have to win the match anyhow,Dont give up till end, they have to improve their fielding too

We always have been a bunch of talented players... instead of bunch of hardworking good players... Our Domestic Cricket grounds are purely batting pitches... also the ground condition is not so dive friendly for having a great fielding practices... Aggression and motivation... we do lack some of this MEDIA HYPE... too much of a media hype that creates a lot of pressure on individual players Expectations ... too much of expectation also create a lot of pressure on individual players Last but not the least... Effort to be the number one...

Indian team has the strongest batting lineup in the world.Everyone are supporb. The batting order became more stable after return of ganguly. We got a hitter in the name of uthappa. If pathan comes back into form ,batting becomes more strong.I dont think India has worst condotion of utilizing dinesh karthik as specialist batsman.Laxman might have been there.Iam not saying this as iam hyderabadi.Once imagine the team with laxman, its fantastic. If Sehwag gets chance, karthik shd be 12th man in WC. Curently in all worldcup teams India is so dangerous team. Can beat any country with huge total. So friends 2007 world cup is ours.Be proud of our team.........

I feel Indian team is very good but they have to be more consistent in their performances if they have to become world number one. Our batting is strong but we should have batting depth to number eleven ideally. So that batting doesn't even in adverse circumstances. So everyone should be able to bat. Then our fielding has to im[prve by leaps and bounds so that we can save 25 to 30 cruical runs which amtters att eh end. Besides effecting runouts and taking brillant catches too. running between wickets ahs also to improve. And yes a good fast bowler & allrounder will also help.

Selection, i think is the major reason along with poor fielding and all-round cricket. Players in the team feel comforted and do not work hard to give the team and the nation pride, exeptions- Dravid and few other players do work hard. The talents that are recognised at an early stage in school and university levels, are not well nourished and are not seen in any Internation cricket. So, our players must be bothered for the team and should work hard in the cricket they play.

India is the best cricket team in the world to some extent. but still india is lagging behind because they are weak in fielding, Tailenders are not in good position, and also middle order players should be improved. opening is also a criteria. from past 2 years india has not got good opening players.
