Do u "count sheeps" when u can't sleep? Does it work? Me, if I find myself lying in bed for 30 mins and still not slept, I would get up and do something else.

I don't think it works. I tried before but it sort of make me think more and more difficult to get to sleep Yoong Kheong http://www.wecaretuition.com http://earnalittlecashonline.blogspot.com

Sometimes I do sometimes I don't. I find that counting actually relaxes me to a certain state where I can relax and drift off to sleep. Sometimes however I'm too awake for that and nothing works.

When I can't sleep, I usually either watch TV, read, or play my PSP for a while till I do get sleepy. Sometimes it is hard for me to get sleepy at night - when my husband and I are on the road, I drive the night shift and am usually up all night. That sometimes makes it difficult to sleep when we go home for a couple of weeks.

me too. count sheep only makes me wake up, because í'm always afraid the mistake count. :) a cup of milk or some peaceful muscic may be useful for someone. the way most effective for me is to listen to some speaking in foreign languages which actually i cannot understand anything. that's why my spanish level is always around zero.
