Congratulations, good luck and best wishes. May all the good things married couples look forward to, come your way. Your age difference is no shock. There are a lot more with bigger age discrepancies. I have come to know a lot and yet their marriages all turn out just fine. What's important is that you understand and love each other enough to see you through the years ahead.

Are you sure that your 22 year old lover really loves you? Are you rich? Maybe your lover just want to get rich by marrying you. Please consult your lawyer and ask about pre nuptial agreements. I'm sure you partner will not like this idea because it would seem that you don't trust your partner. It's just playing safe. Please give us a more details regarding your relationship. Goodluck and Congratulations!

I think there is no problem about age gap. As long as you love each other and you can understand each other then go for it. Age is not a major difference or hindrance to your relationship.

Age is but a number. Besides 22 and 36 is only 14 years. I knew a couple that was 30 some years apart, had 2 kids and seemed happy. As a matter of fact in that marrige them husband had kids older then his wife (from his previous marriage) This was not a rich old man marring some hot honey either. They were poor, dirty, farmers but nice people.
