Yes if you work hard and NEVER give up.. you can do any thing if you put your mind heart and soul in it.

Yes it is possible to lose weight and then keep it off but it is all about learning new habits. Also you think of it as 'eating for good health' rather than dieting and it is a lifestyle thing, as is the exercise you do while losing the weight. Even something simply like walking everyday will tone up the body and assist in losing weight when this is combined with changes in what we eat. :)

perfect body - perfect body
I lose weight last Aug. of about 4 kilos now I gained 3 kilos its just to keep up my weight as I don't eat vegetables. I find it hard to lose weight as I don't have a choice but to eat meat a lot. Now, I am trying to eat more fruits and bread instead:)+ Good luck to your diet plan if you have:)+

Losing weight is a struggle for many. There are a lot of hurdles to get by in order to accomplish this. ONce you get to your goal weight, you have to monitor yourself to maintain.

if u really want to loose weight then u can and if u have really put in all ur hard work to loose weight then definanetly u will maintain ur good shape. Of u have taken shortcut then the results may show but u r likely to gain weight again soon, its better to work hard naturally and loose weight because that last longer

yes, I think you really have to be in the right state of mind in order to lose the weight, and then to keep it off. Its really frustrating for someone to lose alot of weight, to just later gain it back. Having a strong commitment and reminding yourself of your goals daily will keep you on track.
