for me it is the British singer Russel Watson. Listening to him doing a version of Nesun Dorma still brings me to tears, its by far the best i have ever heard

He was good.There are so many it is hard to pick just one.Dolores O'Riordan, of The Cranberries, comes to mind as one of the best for me though.

I tend to prefer female vocals and would put Julianne Regan (All About Eve) and Sinaed O'Connor high up on that list. Liking Nerina Pallot a lot too.

I think that Elvix Presly has the best voice in the world. I just love his songs and his voice, its so soothing to hear to the ears.

Ah definitely Chris Cornell's voice. He was great whan sang metal or grunge songs and also when he sings melodious songs.
