should the United States withdraw its forces from IRAQ?

while others say that leaving Iraq might cause a dramtic increase in sectarian violence and the outbreak of full civil war... many people think that the United States should withdraw its forces and that staying is not doing any good...
so what do you say?

I think the American withdrawal from IRAQ is long overdue. If the vision of US was to establish democratic process in US, they definitely cannot do it if the people of Iraq don't want them there.
It is more an issue of oil rather than Iraq's stability that is forcing the US troops to remain in Iraq.

Who says the Iraqis don't want them there? Generals and leaders there have expressed their wish for Americans to stay so they can ensure teh stability of the country. Most of the country wants us there to continue building them things and keeping them safe. Just because some Iraqis are greedy and terrorists, doesn't mean the whole country agrees.
