Do you live for to-day or do you have regrets?

I must be honest and say, I do have a few regrets. Not major, but nevertheless, they are still there. One of them is keeping fit. I am slim by nature, and think I took it for granted that I would be fit and energetic forever. Now that I am a bit older, I know I have slowed down. Not much, but its there. It makes me wonder how much slower I will be in 10 years time.

Life is too short to keep regrets, I live day to day minute to minute. I feel you get nothing if you keep thinking of the past better to live for today neither future nor past.

I try to live for today, but really, its hard not to regret at least ONE thing in your past isn't it?! I think i regret a few more then one, but i try not to dwell on those things, and I do try to look to the future and stay in the present ;) Otherwise i would be a bitter ol depressed sad sack for ever and I don't want to become that! As for your weight, i am naturally thin too but have gained since i had a baby, well i havne't lost all the baby weight. and its hard to look at myself. i know what you mean. and its ALSO hard to excersize to loose the weight. but i find doing some walking everyday (when its warm out) really tends to help.

Thanks for your response. I would also hate to land up old and bitter. It is hard to exercise, but I hope you lose your weight soon. Enjoy walking. Have a good day!
