Take as if u adopted child of ur parents. Ur dad allows u to be wat u want to be in ur life and ur mom asks u to be a fashion designer. wat will u do. To pay ur mom's gratitude will u accept her decision or u will prefer to live ur life on ur own way ?

If it was me, I'd try to convince her of my preference. It is not human to say that even though they adopted you and looked after you, you have to do what they say. So you have to choose a mid path. Try to reason out with her and with her help try to achieve your goal. Dont for at least a for a second, make her feel that you are trying to take an upper hand. Think properly before you start this discussion. Good Luck.
