With additives, preservatives, colorants and bioengineering how to eat healthy?

Eating healthy foods gets more and more difficult every day. There are processed foods that they sell as Healthy Choices but when you look at the ingredients there are modified starches, there are colorants to make the food look more attractive, there are preservatives and additives that have nothing to do with healthy food. So these are healthy choices in comparison to what. The other choices in the grocery stores? We swallow down all of this processed meat, bread, cheeses, and even bioengineeered vegetables with attributes that have been "tinkered with" in a lab somewhere. From growth hormones in our meats, to additives in vegetables to make them hold their color for longer, even colorants added to fish to make them look more attractive. Read the labels on your food folks. You obviously have access to the internet. Search some of the unfamiliar words from the ingredients in some of your foods. Yuck! It'll make you scared to eat when you know what you're actually eating!

Some of the steroids, antibiotics and growth hormones in food are not even on the label becasue they are below acceptable limits. These limits could be based on the size of serving or a base amount for the animal it was being fed to. These are fed to the animals to make them grow faster and healthier but they are nto sure what they do to humans some countries have banned the use of growth hormones and genetically modified foods.

some have but my country is not one of them. They are shoveling more of this stuff down our throats daily.
