..i am thinking of proposing her but she is always surrounded by her friends,what should i do,i only meet her in an institute.

Try to become her Friend first. Take her into confidence and dont feel her insecure. Try to share her and your personal things as time goes on. If she feel comfortable with you then have a coffee, luch `n dinner someday... Try it and let me know how you doing???

So u chicken out! Son, be a man, claim your love, go forward. You can look at her in such a way, you can convey all your feelings, then she'll understand, if she also feels the same way. You can show that you're caring and thinks about her safety, well being, etc. Do something. Good Luck.

u give a ring on her cell and talk about feeling to her on cell phones other wise u can also handover a greeting card which express ur feeling toward her.

If you really are in love, I don't see why the presence of others should deter you from expressing your feelings. Maybe you wanna try SMS and invite her over for a tea or coffee or lunch or whatever and tell her that you love her?
