Do you prefer to text or chat?

i prefer texting my friend in free sms in the internet i use chikka in texting since im working in an internet cafe im free to use the computer during my duty especially when im not busy assisting the customer i got to use the computer to text my friends and family when im working,i prefer also text rather than talking when your talking in a longer time the phone starts to heat and you start feeling your ear is heating too.LOL

If you're talking about the difference between Text Messaging on cell phone and chatting online, I prefer to Chat online. Some people can whip out those text messages left and right outta their phone, but I seriously suck at it. I am constantly typing the wrong letter.. But if you are talking about talking in person and chatting online, I definitely prefer to chat in person if it's someone I am close to. If it's someone I don't know too well, I prefer to keep that distance between us. That way if things get bad I can bail easier, lol.

both are for chatting. texting and chatting online using messenger. they're both ok, i use them both.

well i do prefer to text as when i top-up my mobile every month by £30 i get 1000 free text messages from my mobile network provider. i also like to chat too some times if i am not busy

I prefer to chat on MSN over anything. It costs me like 10 cents per text message so I do'nt see the point in doing that at all unless its very important. And if it really was that important I would just call the person.

I prefer chatting more because you can put more words longer and its faster. But I also like texting sometimes.
