The mountains or the beach?

Would you rather live in by some beautiful mountains (as I do), or live near a gorgeous beach? Both can have amazing views and a lot of fun activities, but I prefer the mountains. And just so you know, I've lived on the beach, too. The mountains can be fun all year around, while the beach is a lot more fun in the summer, usually. Unless you live in a tropical paradise...but then you miss out on the breathtaking changes of the seasons that one beholds in the moutains. So what do you think?

Oh that is a tough choice! I can see advantages and disadvantages to both. I'd have to choose the mountains though because of the beauty in Fall. I love to visit the Great Smokey Mountains during Fall and Autumn.

it has alwys been my dream to have beach house. so i guess i would go for the beach. but mountains are also good.

i like to be in both of them but i would prefer to live by the beach because i find more activities in the water that i enjoy better like fishing, snorkelling, wind surfing, jet ski, etc.

They are both great, but really I dont care which one as long as I could ride my ATV there. But leaning towards the mountains.

i'd love to live near a beach, it must be amazing to see the sea every day.
