is american english better than british english

true american english easier to use,its popular with the boom of computers.but the very word english refers to england,so which one do u prefer i feel both can co exist

I'm taught England-english in school, but on the web I often meet American-english. Things like Favorite and Favourite. I tend to use the England-english most often though.

Well, England may be the homeland of the language, but we Americans are more numerous.

american english IS INFORMAL and british english is FORMAL

I learned both in School.. Brittish the first 3 years. Then i changed school which teached American english. Personal, i like american better. Brittish accent are so.. ugly..
