Do you feel any different now than you did then?

My fiancee just turned 50 last month and I turned 32 in October. He remarked to me that in your head you never really feel any different than you did when you were 20 or 25. Surprisingly he is right. My aging seems to sneak up on me once in a while and it hits me I am thirty something now. Next is my fourties. And it always gives me this "WOW" moment and I feel like."Just last week I was still in my 20's. And I don't feel any different!"I now have my first grey hair and sometimes I experience aches and pains that don't go away as quick as they used to. Like when I go to the gym and do 40 minutes on the elyptical and then I sit down and my knee hurts for the next 40 minutes. Do you feel any different than you did when you were 20 or 25? Do you get aches and pains that don't go away as fast as they used to? Are you starting to feel your age?
