Try eating more healthier foods, don't eat fast food all the time and if you do need to eat out more, cut down on the fatty foods. Get a salad and a grilled chicken or eat more deli sandwiches and just don't put all that garb on it. Almonds and yogurt are a good source for any diet. If you like tortillas, go and buy those wheat tortillas and put grilled chicken in them or ham, turkey whatever you like. Change it up a little bit. I will tell you that walking is a great way to exercise and lose weight. If you walk at least 4 days a week, you will be able to tell a difference pretty quickly. good luck

minimize sweets, sodas, etc. try to get on an exercise regimen, even just 30 minutes a week of running/jogging or brisk walking will help. drink lots of water to keep you hydrated and drink water during meals to help you get a feeling of being full right away, thus making you eat less. fruits and fruit juices have a lot of natural sugars in them (fructose) so it's important that you don't go overboard eating too much of those either. do not starve yourself or skip meals. this will temp your body to binge the next time you eat. don't eat too close to bedtime. try to avoid foods (you are allowed to drink water) after 6pm until 12mn or until you get up in the morning. that will make you lose weight and help maintain it at some point. let me know how this turns out.

Try to change your eating habits gradually. If you change them all overnight you will fail. Gradually add in more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Slowly remove soda and other calorie adding foods. Once you start eating better, your body will not crave the "junk" foods and will help you stay on the right track with your diet.
