UMMMM .. chocolate cant be soo bad at all I LOVE chocolates .. ITS EVEN HARD TO IMAGINE A WORLD WITHOUT CHOCALTES .. MMMMMMMM ..... CHOCOLATES CANT BE BAD BECAUSE CHOCOLATES CONTAINS A LOT OF NUTRIENTS PROTEINS AND STUFF .... DARK CHOCOLATES ARE SPECIALLY BENEFICIAL ... its said like that in a magazine i read..... But still it could be a bad one if you don't brush your teeth's after having chocolate and too much chocolate might have an adverse affect ... thats when you take too much only ... PEACE :)

In small amounts, dark chocolate is good for you because of the antioxidants. It has also shown some benefits to the cardiovascular system and improves mood/mental state.

Both. In excess of COURSE its bad..for children and adults alike. But in the right amounts it's very good for you..and ca in fact make you healthier (it's good for the heart, releases endorphins like love, running, and laughter).

I like chocolate. Not a very big fan of chocolate but i enjoy it.It taste great and can increased your level of serotonin. Serotonin is hormone that can regulate your mood and responsible to make you feel happy. Most of the time when i feel down and depressed,i eat chocolate in mild amount (taking too much is not good for health...).And in recent study they found that chocolate contain antioxidant properties that can protect you from the free radicals.
