Medical Coverage

How many of you have health and dental benefits? How many of you don't? How many of you can't afford it?
I live in Canada but our coverage is still pretty expensive and I have a hard time paying for it all.

I could never afford it to be honest, and you have to keep up the payments, I am currently unemployed so all my money is accounted for and thankfully in the UK all our health is paid for by the NHS, but not dental, I do dread having to go to the dentist because if I need treatment it doesn't come cheap.
