Feng shui to build wealth?

I just read an article over at Bankrate.com that talked about how you can use feng shui to build wealth - has anyone tried this? I got the impression that it was kind of like saying you are ready and open for personal wealth and then the money comes to you because of your energy. I'd be interested in seeing if anyone employees this in their life.

That's really interesting, I would love to read more about it. Do you know any websites that describe this?

Hi, I believe in feng shui. Feng shui is very important to help to increase our energy. Feng shui also can help in our health. By applying feng shui, we can use it to attract more wealth and attract more people who can assist us to become rich.

I have read a little about Feng Shui and I am sure it works. The problem is it is so detailed. You would need to hire an expert to set everything up for you just right. I have done some of the feng shui stuff to bring positive reinforcements into muy life. I would love to build a house and set it up perfectly in harmony with feng shui and see what would happen. I imagine it would work though it it was set up right.

Bagua map - To use this Bagua map:
1. Imagine you are outside and you are facing the door.
2. Remember that the door should be in either the knowledge section, career or helpful people section
3. From the door as your point of reference divide the house into 9 equal squares representing the 9 areas of your life.
4. From there you may already decide which portion in your life you want to enhance.
Goodluck
Using a bagua map you may see the different areas in your life corresponds to different ares in your home. The weath section in your life is located at the upper left corner of your home. It can be activated by placing purple objects as purple is the color of wealth in feng shui. Other ideal colors are red, gold and green. When you place an object to activate a certain portion of your life, make sure that you are consciously placing it there to activate that section(example when you are activating wealth think of money flowing in your home or your business to boom). Feng Shui is about willing our intentions to work for us. More about how you can activate the different areas in your life here: http://www.fengshuipalace.com/bagua.php

hi, zingaresca, so glad that foreigners also show interest in Chinese Fengshui study. I believe in it, but don't go to extreme. I occasionally borrow books on Fengshui from the library. It's an amazing but complex subject. Books on it are divided into small catagories like Fengshui on kitchen arrangement, bedroom arrangement, on the hall, house decoration, shop site location, wedding day choosing and numerous. I only know very little of it. Say if the kitchen is facing the toilet, then the people living in the house may catch illness easily because the kitchen is the place where we cook food, food means our fortune and store while toilet is the place where dirty water drains. So if they are facing each other, good luck may be spoilt. It's also a common sense that when choosing a house or a room, we must try to avoid posts or chimney to escape from misfotune. Believe it or not, it is a profound subject, and the better people master the subject, the more accurately we predict future and retain our good luck.
