In Laws

My daughter and I spent the day with her fiancee's parents. We went to Walmart and another department store, got some lunch at McDonalds and then grocery shopping. I absolutely love Hunter's mom. Is this unusual? Does anyone else get along with your children's inlaws---or future inlaws?

I have a set I really love, and then I have a set I hardly know. I think it is just great that you are getting to experience this relationship.

it's been fun. Hunter's mom and I talk at least twice a week on the phone. Tomorrow is mother's day and we are all (including my husband's parents who are here from New Mexico for Kristen's graduation) going to the Appling's for lunch after church. My son's girlfriend is driving down and meeting us there as well. It's going to be a blast I'm sure. The men are cooking and cleaning up. The girls and mother's don't have to do anything but eat.

My oldest daughter does not have any living inlaws. But my youngest does and we like them very much. They are nice and they just fit right in with our family. It is almost like we all grew up together or something. When in reality, we had never met until our daughter get engaged to thier son. My parents just loved my husbands parents. They had a lot in common from day one

I guess I commented on this one twice.
