Is it bad to m*sturbate?

m*sturbation has always been an issue and a taboo for the past centuries. It is often not talked about because of it's sensitivity to judgement. Is m*sturbation a bad thing? religion says it is, but medicine says it isn't. where do you stand on this issue? Do you even believe that church officials do not m*sturbate?

I can't understand why it is bad, and why religions say it is. Can anyone explain this?

That's because some religious people just love to make up new sins. If we believed in all the sins that the ultra-religious folk made up, we'd have 20 commandments instead of 10.

It is a natural act. Unless anyone overdoes it, there are healthy effects of the act.
