Home shopping

Do you watch the Home Shopping network or QVC? My husband has been watching them a lot latley and I don't really mind, execpt that is how we got in debt the first time. It makes me rather nervous that he is watching them, but I really can not do anything. They do have some cool things on there, but not enough for me to buy. Hey what am I talking about, I don't even have the money in the first place! Maybe I would if I had some, but it would have to be really really great.

Dont use QVC they are a nightmare for returns.

hmm I tend to get a bit sucked into buying items from the TV, I love shopping and when you can do it and not even leave home is very scary, but I have been putting the brakes on these days , a case of have to.

I have watched a few times when I have up in the early hours and there was nothing else to watch to pass the time. The majority of products offered are unbrabded and not even cheap by other standards, so I cannot see the benefit in actually via these channels.

People do get a buzz from shopping and it can be an addiction just like gambling or drink. It can also be linked to feelings of anxiety which the sufferer tries to combat with addictive behaviour.

I have heard that they are very addictive for some people. They just get so they cannot help buying. I watched it once or twice but found it rather boring. So needless to say, shopping is not my biggest vice. I have other of course..lol Maybe there is a way he can limit himself each week to how much he can spend. There is no harm in watching. It is the buying that is the problem.
