Chinese food

Do you believe that is really chicken that they be cooking? I have my doubts. I have a friend who works at a grocery store beside a chinese establishment and its is always some questionable things going on over there. The grocery store manager has called DHEC numerous times because they have caught them going into the dumpster getting out old meat and vegetables that they have thrown away. This restaurant is really popular and gets alot of business so I know they cant be that cheap to where they want to do this but she said it is true, true, true!

There is no doubt in my mind come chinese resturants do serve other "questionable meats" We had two local ones closed down for this practice, but they where able to reopen again after awhile. Not sure what they had to do to reopen.
As for dumpster diving for the meats and vegetables, its gross, but you would be suprised how many people actually do this at resturants and grocery stores. A lot of grocery stores throw away a lot of items that are just damaged or close to date so some people think this is perfectly acceptable to take and use.. again gross.. but some people do it.

I don't think it is fair to paint everyone with the same brush.
I'm sure as in the rest of life, that there is good chinese food and bad chinese food.
Personally, I have never really had anything to complain about. I always try to go to a place that has a good reputation.

One restaurant where I live was cited for using cats or at least that is what the gossip was. I ate at one in which it was also questionable. It just didn't taste like chicken! I have eaten in some really good chinese restaurants too.
