 He is erratic. He even voted agianst one of his own bills. He stated that the economy was sound just before it crashed, his advisor Phil Gramm said that Americans are just a nation of whiners when gas hit over $4.00 a gallon and the economy tanked. Of course they are out of touch and erractic. |
